EMPTIES: AUGUST 2012

I only started collecting these empties about three weeks ago so this is probably not a faithful representation of the empties that have occurred in the Superfluous household this month. I also know that in a random bout of tidiness Dave threw some of my empties away, such as shampoo bottles and a couple of hair mask packets, before I knew what he was doing. Sigh. Men. Regardless here is what I have managed to keep to one side.

BATISTE DRY SHAMPOO IN FRESH £2.99
I eeked this product out as much as I possibly could. I even thought it had run out at one point but in desperation I sprayed it anyway and thankfully I managed to get another head out of it. I do have Superdrug's own dry shampoos but I tried to avoid using them (review coming soon). I am a die-hard Batiste consumer so you will probably see more of these appearing in future empties posts.

GARNIER MINERAL INVISICALM 48HR ANTIPERSPIRANT £2.95
There is about to be an overload of information here: I suffer really terribly with persipration, especially during the summer months (to the point where at one point the doctor asked me if I would consider Botox in my pits as the prescription antiperspirant just wasn't working - I said 'no' to the Botox because I don't like the idea of it). Anyway, this is a great antiperspirant and I find that as long as I don't do anything particularly excessively physical it works! Hurrah!

PALMOLIVE NATURALS NOURISHING DELIGHT HONEY & MILK SHOWER CREAM
This was on offer at Tesco for £1 or something, hence why I tried it. It was lovely and smelt gorgeous but I'm usually very fickle with shower gel/cream so I moved on quickly afterwards.

RADOX NOURISH SHEA BUTTER & GINGER SHOWER CREAM £0.95
Another Tesco offer but this is a shower gel I've found I can remain faithful to. I actually love it. It's being featured in my August Favourites so I won't say too much here.

AUSSIE THREE MINUTE MIRACLE FRIZZ REMEDY DEEP TREATMENT £1.99
So many people love Aussie but I just can't stand that sickly bubblegum smell unfortunately. There will be a review of this mask coming soon.

BOOTS NATURAL COLLECTION FACE MASKS £1
I've already reviewed these products so if you fancy looking at that review please click here.

APIVITA EXPRESS BEAUTY WITH POMEGRANATE FACE MASK - GLOSSYBOX SAMPLE
I got this in my April (?) Glossybox as part of a pair of these facemasks. They're made by a greek company. I liked it and it felt lovely but it's not something that I would actively seek out again.

SKIN THERAPY 3-1 FRAGRANCE FREE FACIAL WIPES £0.99
I have a small stash of these wipes as they're usually on offer on a buy one get one free basis. I like them as they're just a simple face wipe that gets their job done. I use them for absolutely everything - from wiping my face to cleaning up spills upstairs when Dave takes hot drinks to bed.

BIORE DEEP CLEANSING PORE STRIPS £7.99
Ahem, I won't be purchasing these again. To see my review of this product please click here.

SOAP & GLORY THE BREAKFAST SCRUB BODY EXFOLIATOR £9.50
This is my all time favourite body scrub and now that it's finished I'm not sure what I'm going to do to be honest... The boy has offered to buy me a replacement but I sincerely doubt I will find anything as close to gorgeous as this.

What have you used up this month?
What do you think of my empties?
Let me know - all comments loved and appreciated!
